Is the CMS dead?
Show notes
This site has no CMS. Ryan built it with Claude Code, and when a stream ends he types one command that fetches the video, drafts the page, and opens a pull request. No entry form anywhere. So we asked the obvious question: is the CMS dead?
The answer we landed on: the forms are dying, the work is not. Content modeling, constraints, and the review step all survive; they just move out of the admin panel and into the rails you build for an agent. Yesenia described an experiment with intent-based interfaces and “product primitives,” Anthony argued the real shift is a database that reflects the true shape of your information instead of the shape a framework wants, and we learned about Hayden, Anthony’s podcast-producer agent.
